At TheSilkFox, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right. We offer an up to 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order, provided the items meet our return conditions.

How to intiate Return

Simply email us at support@thesilkfox.com with the subject line:

RETURN ITEM: Order #YourOrderNumber

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange

We’ll respond within 48 hours or less with the next steps.

General Return Policy

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact
  • We cannot accept returns for items marked as final sale.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • If you received an incorrect or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost once confirmed.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
